TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Number of supports
The set of 4, 5 or 6 supports depends on the system model, as well as on the shape and relief of the bottom and banks of the reservoir
Anti-corrosion coating
Metal structures are treated by hot-dip galvanizing — the most reliable method of protecting products from corrosion
Speed range
In the standard configuration of circular systems for wake parks, there are 3 speed modes in the range from 0 to 36 km/h. For water skiing, it is possible to increase the speed up to 60 km/h
Engine Power
22-37 kW. Engine power is selected depending on the track length and the number of simultaneously riding athletes
Track Length
From 300 to 1000 m. Track length is selected depending on the initial parameters of the reservoir: size, depth, relief
Capacity
From 4 to 12 simultaneously riding athletes, but not more often than every 90 meters of the track

FRESH UPDATES

Drive protection
Ergonomic housing protects the drive system from water skiing rope entry, which previously often caused emergency situations
Environmental friendliness
The drive system of circular systems does not include oil-containing units, which means the entry of oil and other hazardous substances into the reservoir is completely excluded
Braking system
The new braking system reduced braking time during emergency stop by 2 times. Now emergency braking takes only 3.5 seconds
Convenience for technician and operator work
The drive support is equipped with a platform for technician work and tool storage. The new operator post reliably protects from sun, wind and rain
Wear resistance of cables and liners
New more flexible cables allow maintenance work to be performed 2 times less frequently. Liner inserts with new cables also last longer
Capacity
Ability to install an increased power engine, thereby increasing capacity to 12 simultaneously riding athletes

HOW WE WORK
Water area marking
Our specialists visit the client's site, take measurements of the water area, set out points in the field, mark the installation points of supports and guy wires, after which they draw up technical specifications for developing a preliminary design
Preliminary Design
The preliminary design includes a set of drawings for each cableway support, a general plan of the water skiing track with reference to the terrain and the final equipment delivery package
Production
Universal parts are always in stock. We simply package them for shipment. Parts for individual reservoir features are manufactured and galvanized. After that, we ship the ready kit to the client's site
Installation and training
Most often, installation is carried out in 3 stages: installation of supports, installation of the drive system and cable tensioning, commissioning. Then we conduct training for wake park staff: operators and technicians
